Colel Chabad fills the gaps for Israel's poor.
Grabski Medical Center
Safed is Israel’s poorest city. It is home to thousands of impoverished, and often dysfunctional, individuals and families.
To this community Colel Chabad’s Grabski Medical Center brings a full range of medical services for indigent children and adults. The clinic offers quality primary care medicine on a daily basis to its walk-in patients.
What’s more, the Center provides specialized medical services as well, with a roster of specialists — from ob-gyn to cardiology — who come on a regular schedule to attend to the needs of local patients.
Fast Fact
What we've accomplished with your help:
Colel Chabad has made major strides in pioneering medical care for the poor and chronically ill. Nevertheless there is much more work to be done — additional clinics are needed. Existing facilities must be upgraded and expanded. The daily operating costs are prohibitive. Which is where you come in. An earmarked donation to our medical services is both life-giving and greatly appreciated.
What is still left to do:
Right now you can put your generosity to good use by helping us complete our new MS Center in Jerusalem. Located in a landmark campus in the heart of Jerusalem, this will be the only facility dedicated to patients suffering from MS and other neuro-muscular degenerative diseases. Ask about dedication opportunities.
