What happens when I click "Empty Pushka"?
Once you hit “empty pushka” or “give/donate now” a payment terminal will appear.
If you do not have any saved cards you will have the option to:
1. add a card and “Save for future Colel Chabad Org Payments”
2. Pay with google/apple pay
For future payments once you have a saved card, you will have the additional options to:
3. Use the saved cards
4. Click “edit” in the top right corner to delete the cards
Please note, if you change currency, your saved card will not transfer over.
Can I “undo” if I gave by mistake?
Yes, mistakes happen. But don’t worry.
As soon as you give charity on the Colel Chabad Pushka App, there will be a button that appears. It says: “Undo” and all you have to do is tap that button to undo the charity you just gave by mistake.
Remember, you can always reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help you as soon as possible.
