A Seder without food

is NOT a Seder.

There's never a good time to be poor and hungry. Especially not on Seder night.

All year long - since 1788 - Colel Chabad battles hunger that plagues Israel's poorest. But for Passover we go into crisis mode. Food prices skyrocket. So does the number of households that can't afford a basic Seder meal.

The pleas for help from fatherless families, from aged Holocaust survivors, from those tragic men and women who have fallen through society's cracks. We hear them - thousands of them - and our answer is simple. We took it from the Haggadah: "Let all who are hungry come and eat."

As we struggle to stock the pantries of thousands of impoverished households and provide free community Seders for thousands more who have no households of their own, your help is needed. Desperately.

Donate now. And please give generously. Make Passover a festival of freedom for the most forgotten. At least on Seder night.
